Clinical Duties

Combination of Diagnostic Radiology and Moderate Interventional Radiology

Most Common Procedures

CT-guided and ultrasound-guided biopsies (excluding mammography)

Drain placements:

Renal
Biliary
Gastric
Gallbladder
Abscess
Biliary stents

Thoracentesis

Paracentesis

Dialysis procedures performed in the cath lab

Occasional peripheral and pulmonary venous thrombosis cases

Rare embolization procedures for GI and other bleeding casesKey Highlights

Ongoing assignment
No call responsibilities
No weekend coverage
Diagnostic Radiology with moderate IR mix
Arkansas licensure assistance available
IR fellowship preferred but not required
Hospital-based practice setting in a Level III Trauma Center
