OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in Dallas Established Practice + Large Sign-On Bonus

What You ll Do
In this role, you ll provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including prenatal and postpartum care, family planning, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
- See patients, perform exams, and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver babies and perform C-sections
- Perform common GYN procedures (IUD placement/removal)
- Order tests and help educate patients on their health
- Work alongside a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and high-quality care

You ll practice in a modern, well-equipped environment designed to support both patients and providers, including:
- Level III Maternity Center
- 11 LDR suites and 36 postpartum rooms
- OB Emergency Department
- Level II NICU (8 beds)
- Dedicated C-section operating rooms
- Access to Da Vinci robotic technology
- OB Hospitalist coverage
- Consistently top-tier patient satisfaction scores (97th percentile)
We re seeking someone who is:
- Board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Experienced and confident in full-scope OB/GYN care
- Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Licensed in Texas (or eligible)
- Comfortable with EMR systems (Epic experience is a plus)
- Robotic surgery training is a bonus, but not required
