Position: Registered Nurse - Medical Intensive Care Unit
Schedule: Full-Time Flex (36 hrs/week) Night Shift with Day Shift rotations
Location: Christiana Hospital

What You'll Do
- Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions

Requirements
- BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
- BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
