Overview In this role you will act as a strategic HR partner to multiple facilities across central and northeastern Wisconsin, guiding leaders through people challenges and strengthening the employee experience. You'll help shape the field HR function, build strong cross-site teams, and support clinical excellence and resident care. The position is home-based with regular travel to Centers in a company-provided vehicle, enabling you to influence people strategies on a regional scale. You will collaborate with operations to drive engagement, compliance, and effective talent management in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities- Provide general HR support and services to multiple facilities within a designated region
- Serve as a strategic business partner to operations
- Advise on staff retention and recruiting initiatives, compensation management, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws
- Support employee engagement programs and conflict resolution
- Assist with labor relations and HR management consulting across Centers
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years in progressive HR roles
- Experience across multiple facilities
- Post-acute care or healthcare experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Relationship-building and interpersonal effectiveness
