AMN has been retained to identify a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand program based in southern Louisiana.

Compensation

• Total income potential: $625K+
• $50K sign-on bonus
• $80K loan repayment
• $60/wRVU + quality bonus
• 4 weeks PTO + CME allowance

Practice

• Join 3 established urologists
• High-demand practice with 12.5 month wait times
• Approximately 800 wRVUs/month per provider
• Mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery

Schedule

• 4-day clinic (MonThurs)
• Fridays for procedures/light clinic
• Shared call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off

Opportunity

• Expand urology services in an underserved region
• Regional outreach clinic in Morgan City (12 days/week)
