Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Brooklyn, New York. This role offers a 4-day work week, strong autonomy, comprehensive onboarding, and uncapped earning potential while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications
  • Full-time post-acute care position
  • Round in skilled nursing facilities
  • Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and care planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • High level of clinical autonomy with strong support structure
  • New York PA license and DEA required
  • Experience in post-acute, acute care, ED, or clinic settings preferred
