Dominion Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in San Antonio, Texas . We are a patient-centered private practice known for our collaborative team environment and longstanding commitment to high-quality primary care.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care (ages 17+)
- Full-time schedule; no nights or weekends
- Outpatient care for patients 17+, specializing in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and womens health.
- Join a robust team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs within a high-support, manageable-volume setting.
- Balanced approach offering mentorship for new providers alongside clinical autonomy.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of primary care experience preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
