Schedule: Full-time status entails 8 24-hour in-house shifts per month

Position overview: The NNP will be responsible for providing the assessment, evaluation, and treatment of neonates under the supervision of pediatricians. Attending high-risk deliveries, resuscitating, and stabilizing patients. Stabilizing babies for transport to other hospital systems that require a higher level of care. Participate in the ongoing competency assessment program for maintenance of advanced neonatal knowledge and skills of nursing staff. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited NNP program, NNP Certification, Experience in a NICU for a minimum of two years. Illinois license of IL license eligible
