About the OpportunityLHH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support a technology organization in Austin. This individual will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Serve as a resource for employee HR-related questions.
- Administer benefits and maintain HR records within the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data.
- Assist with leave administration and payroll-related processes.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $38.00 per hour
