This is a non-profit, integrated health system with clinic locations in Bismarck, Dickinson, Jamestown, Mandan, Minot and Watford City. The hospital is a 248 bed, Level II Trauma Center located in Missouri River valley surrounded by bluffs, green woods/forests, and charming farm country.

Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract. $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years. Estimated potential compensation floor with wRVUs is an average of $800,000 after practice is established.
