Clinical Scope & Patient Population The APP will provide care across hospital, clinic, and telemedicine settings, supporting patients undergoing complex electrophysiological interventions.
- Patient Age: years (Adult/Geriatric).
- Department Focus: Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
- Clinical Duties: Rounding, post-operative assessments, and management of patients following:
- Pacemaker and ICD implants (Traditional and Sub-Q).
- Loop recorder implants/explants.
- Ablations (AVN, SVT, Atrial Flutter).
- Interventional procedures (R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty).
Provider Requirements - Board Status: Board Certified (NCCPA) Required.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) State License in hand or willing to license (90-day window).
- Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS (Required).
- DEA: Required (must have or obtain a PA address for the DEA).
- Documentation:
- NPDB self-query (dated within 6 months) required at presentation.
- Full 7-year work history or 10 previous assignments.
- Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
