Overview In this RevOps Systems Admin role, you'll own and evolve Modern Treasury's revenue systems stack. You'll work directly with the RevOps & Analytics Lead to design and ship improvements to Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, and beyond. You'll tackle backlog-driven architecture work and day-to-day data quality, routing, and workflow needs. You'll partner with engineering to automate GTM tasks using AI and to streamline the revenue motion. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a fast-changing tech stack with room to shape how we scale revenue.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain Salesforce elements: fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts
- Draft and own routing and workflow configurations across the GTM stack with sign-off on nontrivial changes
- Lead major system redesigns: account hierarchy, opportunity/product data model, lead routing, customer lifecycle
- Identify and automate repetitive GTM workflows with Engineering using AI agents
- Handle day-to-day data requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance; ensure data quality and issue resolution
- Design changes with quick sign-off for day-to-day and recurring processes
- Support Finance with data inputs for forecasting and revenue models
- Judge when a build should involve an outside specialist
- Use AI tools in build processes and validate outputs
Key requirements- 4-7+ years building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack (LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalents)
- Ownership mentality with ability to propose and execute day-to-day improvements
- Strong communication to flag status and risk early
- Collaborative and solution-oriented; capable of pressure-testing designs
- Good judgment on when to escalate to a specialist
- Comfort with Hex or similar BI tool is a plus
