Essex Home Health is hiring a Part Time LPN to provide focused home health visits.

Key Duties

Complete home health nursing visits ($27 per visit)
Perform assessments, vitals, medication teaching
Provide disease management education
Document visits accurately

Requirements

Active LPN license in Massachusetts
Home health experience preferred
Strong patient education and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
