Hospitalist Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7:00a-7:00p or 7:00p-7:00a
• Total Census Per Provider Per Shift: To Be Determined
• Procedures Required: To Be Determined
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To Be Determined
• Support: To Be Determined
• Certifications and License Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and an Active Kentucky State License
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
