PM&R Medical Director - Clarksville, Tennessee (Inpatient Rehab Facility)Position Overview
  • Role: Medical Director / Physiatrist
  • Facility: Inpatient rehab facility
  • Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
  • Call: Shared 1:4
  • Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
  • Physician Team: 4 physicians in market
  • Compliance: Group has established compliance program
Requirements
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R

  • Nationwide physiatry group, employing 100+ physicians
  • Employment Type:
    • W2 for full-time employed providers (full benefits)
    • 1099 for part-time through hiring entity
  • Benefits for W2 employees:
    • Medical, dental, vision insurance
    • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Compensation:
    • Full-time staff: guaranteed $180,000/year
    • Directors: guaranteed $200,000/year
    • Production bonus: 70% of billings once bonus structure met
    • Average total earnings: $230,000-$425,000+
