Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 - $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

- Relocation Assistance: Up to $12,000 based on expenses

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Licensure: Eligible for California medical licensure
- Skillset: Strong general diagnostic radiology skillset; subspecialty reads welcomed (excluding breast imaging and MSK)
- Experience: Open to experienced physicians and residents/fellows
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
