Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care to a diverse patient population.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions while supporting preventive health and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate high-quality care.
- Participate in an after-hours call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
- Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and the ongoing improvement of patient care.
- Connect patients with laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other resources available through the network.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Truly Board Eligible (0-7 years post-residency completion) - REQUIRED
- Active Colorado medical license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Clean malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED
- Visa support required (J1 or H1B)? - REQUIRED
- DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Colorado medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
