We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Japanese/English Language skills) Business Development Coordinator to join our innovative automotive manufacturing team. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets, utilizing CRM software and Salesforce Cloud to track leads and manage pipeline activities.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams through effective communication and relationship management strategies.
Lead negotiations, deal closing, and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and optimize client engagement efforts.
Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to support enterprise selling initiatives and large-scale deals.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for presentations, reports, and strategic planning documents to support business growth activities.
Qualifications
Fluency in both Japanese and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in business development management within the automotive industry or related sectors.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for prospecting, relationship management, and sales tracking.
Demonstrated ability in sales negotiation, deal closing, and enterprise selling strategies.
Experience in marketing initiatives that support client acquisition and retention efforts.
Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals.
Prior experience in client communication, relationship management, and expanding a client base through proactive outreach.
