Job description

Dates: January 18th - Ongoing.
Clinic and Call
Clinic 4 days a week and 1 day a week administrative time
Call is 1/4 for 7 days
EMR: EPIC
Outpatient medical hematology/oncology practice, treating all types of cancers, maliganant and benign hematology.
Patients per day: 15
Clinical Responsibilities: Examination and treatment planning for medical oncology and hematology patients. Timely completion of progress notes. Inpatient consultation service including hospital rounding one week ever month
Procedures/Types of Cases: Lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, GU, GYN cancers, Maligant and benign hematology
Number of Providers in Practice: 3Specialty: Hematology/Medical Oncology
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Clinical Schedule: 4.5 days of clinic and 0.5 day of administrative time
Patient Volume: Approximately 16 patients per day
Practice Setting: Community-based, combined hematology and medical oncology practice
Call: One week per month of inpatient rounding and call coverage, including the weekend
