Week of 12/28/2026: 3-day stretch
Week of 01/04/2027: 3-day stretch
Preferred days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (other options may be considered)
Shift Options: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Acute Care Hospital
Trauma Level III/IV
Coverage needed for physician vacation coverage
Radiation Oncology clinic-based practice
Adult patient population
Average patient ratio: 1:10-15
Support Staff: Radiation Oncologist, NP, LPN
EMR: Epic
Medication Dispensing System: Pyxis
Certifications: BC or BE, NY license, BLS, ACLS
Epic experience required
