About the Position
Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients
This role is based in an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that delivers comprehensive, community-based care.
Clinic hours are Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with one evening per week extending until 7:00 or 8:00 PM
40-hour workweek, with 35 hours dedicated to direct patient care
Appointment structure:
Full-scope family medicine, caring for patients across the lifespan
The clinic operates as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), emphasizing a collaborative, team-based environment
Providers work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative support staff
Part of a large, mission-driven primary care network that serves medically underserved communities across multiple sites, offering strong infrastructure, clinical support, and long-term stability
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary at $120,000, with additional compensation based on years of experience
