What you'll earn - $23-$28/hour, based on experience Montgomery Trace

What you'll do - Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
- Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right
What you need - 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Live within 30 minutes of the property
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus
Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. No nights or weekends, apart from paid rotating on-call.
