Compensation and Benefits - $22.00- $26.00 per hour
- Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Paid rotating on-call participation required
- Must be available in the event of snow, ice, or other on-site emergencies

What We Need From You? - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
- Complete apartment turns and preventative maintenance to company standards
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and vacant units in safe, attractive condition
- Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and your team
- Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
