Requirements:
  • TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology - REQUIRED
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Date of agency's last communication with provider (add to "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
  • Why is candidate interested in BVHS? (add to "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible

Benefits:
  • $650,000 guaranteed base salary
  • $55,000 signing bonus + $100,000 student support
