Overview As FP&A Manager, you will partner with executive and operational leaders to guide growth and capital decisions. You'll build sophisticated financial models to evaluate investments, projects, and efficiency improvements, translating findings into clear recommendations. You'll manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans while developing KPIs that illuminate performance. This role blends strategic financial partnering with hands-on modeling to drive profitability and scale the business.
Responsibilities- Lead financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decisions and growth
- Develop ROI, NPV, payback and scenario analyses for proposed initiatives
- Partner with operations, manufacturing, and leadership to build business cases
- Analyze capital investments, automation, capacity expansion, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and optimize resources
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Analyze actuals versus budget/forecast to identify drivers and improvements
- Create financial and operational KPIs for leadership visibility
- Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for non-financial leaders
- Support strategic projects with financial analysis and decision support
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools as the organization scales
