Overview In this role you will shape and scale Kohl's MarTech capabilities by translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and future-state designs. You'll drive innovation and AI-enabled opportunities within MTSCI, partnering across Marketing, Technology, and MOps to deliver scalable, governed solutions that boost marketing performance and agility. You will define governance and ensure value realization while shaping cross-functional initiatives that align with business priorities. This position offers the chance to influence digital marketing capability design and execution at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead MTSCI capability domains with strategy-aligned roadmaps
- Define, plan, implement and measure cross-functional marketing technology initiatives
- Identify and integrate innovation, automation and AI into domain roadmaps and solutions
- Translate business goals into requirements, use cases and future-state designs
- Align cross-functionally on priorities and gaps to improve scalability and interoperability
- Evaluate platforms, vendors and emerging technologies for value and sustainability
- Establish governance, design standards and decision frameworks with measurable value
- Define success criteria and use outcomes to evolve roadmaps
- Coach the aligned Marketing Technologist to strengthen discovery and documentation
- Perform additional tasks as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years in marketing technology, digital marketing/ops, CRM, customer data, digital strategy, analytics, or related capability design roles
- 5+ years leading cross-functional marketing technology or innovation initiatives and managing progressively responsible projects
