SPECIALTY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

LOCATION: Louisville KY

JOB TYPE: Locums/PRN

JOB NUMBER: 40514

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced provider that is available to provide NIGHT-SHIFT coverage in a Louisville Occupational Health/Urgent Care outpatient clinic. Provider must have experience in occupational health and urgent care settings. DOT certification is Highly Preferred.

Dates:

7p-7a 2/5/19-3/29/19
Requirements:

  • KY License
  • DEA
  • BLS
  • DOT Highly Preferred
