SPECIALTY: Nurse Practitioner

LOCATION: Medford OR

TYPE: Locums/Perm

NUMBER: 42162

DESCRIPTION:

Start as soon as credentialed
7 on/off schedule 7a-7p
100% adult patients

Must be Acute Care Board Certified

Hospital Privileges required

Lab & X-ray onsite
REQUIREMENTS:

OR State License

DEA

BLS
