Open Locations and dates:

Statesboro, GA. NP only, Ages 2+

9/27-29 7a-5p, 9/30 7a-11a

Gainesville, GA. NP only, Ages 2+, Staff on-site: 1 MD, 2 MAs, not very high volume.

10/10-14 Mon-Fri: M/Tu/Th/F 7:30a-5:30p, W 7:30a-12p

12/19-30 Mon-Fri: M/Tu/Th/Fi: 7:30a-5:30p, W 7:30a-12p

On-site clinics for businesses seeing the employees and family members (Ages 2+)

Primary Care/Employee Health

Must have GA license
