Entry-Level Assembly Technician - Fiber Optics

No previous fiber optic experience required - we'll train you!

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work with small fiber optic components to help manufacture high-quality products used in precision technology.
- Assemble small parts following step-by-step instructions
- Measure and inspect components for accuracy
- Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and epoxy materials
- Perform detailed assembly work requiring steady hands
- Enter basic production information into a computer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
What We're Looking For
You don't need fiber optic experience to succeed! We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who are willing to learn.
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with small parts
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to use rulers or simple measuring tools
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Basic English is acceptable
Flexible Scheduling - Choose a Shift That Works for You!
1st Shift Options:
- 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
- 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM-4:00PM
2nd Shift Options:
- 2:00PM-10:00PM
- 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
- 3:30 PM-11:30 PM
Flexible start and end times are available for both shifts!
All positions are Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
BONUS SCHEDULE BENEFIT: Work 37.5 hours per week and get paid for 40 hours!
