Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation- Indiana

  • Work Dates Needed: Urgent Need: Oct 26th thru Nov 1st Christmas December 21 st thru December 27 th and February 15 th thru the 21 st .
  • Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-4:30p), Call every 3rd weekend Sat 12a - Mon 12a, Sat or Sun (8a-4:30p) rounding in person with the rest of the time call
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient
  • Scope of Work:
    • Adults only
    • Rounding, discharges, admits
    • Avg patient vol: 12-15
    • Support Staff: RNs, PCC, BHAs, Patient Service reps, Occupational Therapist, Recreational Therapist, Clinical Therapist
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license and DEA, BC/BE
  • EMR: Epic
