Position: Locum Tenens General Surgeon

Location: Indiana

Start Date: January 1, 2027 (Ongoing Coverage)

Credentialing Timeline: 60 Days

• Coverage Type: Weekend Call Coverage Only (No Scheduled Outpatient Clinic)
• Shift Window: Thursday (7:00 PM) through Monday (7:00 AM) 88 continuous hours of weekend call per block
• Schedule Options: Facility will accept candidates offering either Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend coverage on an ongoing basis.
• Willing to consider 2 providers for this consistent and ongoing schedule. IN License, clean NPDB and local (drivable) physician preferred.

• Board Status: Board Eligible (BE) in General Surgery
• Licensure: Active Indiana State Medical License
• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
