Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with 1 in 3 weekend rotations

Position Overview
As an Internal Medicine Physician in this inpatient role, you will be part of a collaborative team managing a typical adult and geriatric patient population. Your day will include a mix of hospital and skilled nursing facility work, with manageable patient volumes and robust resident support. The average daily census is between 60-70, with a "round and go" model that allows for efficiency. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $215,000-$220,000
- Billing-based bonus potential, with many earning $300,000+ annually
