Position Overview
As the primary pediatric provider, you will deliver care to infants, children, and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Your responsibilities include managing a typical patient load of 20-25 per day, providing newborn care, and collaborating with a supportive medical group. Enjoy a stable schedule with no weekend clinic hours and a light call rotation.
Position Highlights

- Strong referral base from the hospital's obstetrics team
- Involvement in newborn care and Level I nursery rounding
- Manageable 1:3 call rotation with family medicine physicians
- Access to Level III NICU for higher acuity cases

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $250,000 with additional production bonuses
