  • Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
  • Start Date: 12/11/2026
  • Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Night Call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM
  • Weekend Call: 24-hour call (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
  • Estimated Coverage: 7 shifts per month
  • Average daily volume: 15-20 patients
  • Providers work alongside established Pediatric ENT team
  • 30-minute response time
  • Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Minimum 1 year experience, Illinois license or IMLC candidates, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR license
  • Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
  • EMR: Epic
