Family Medicine APP (experienced) - Rural Health Clinic in Columbia, NH
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our rural health clinic in Columbia, NH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Counsel patients on preventive healthcare and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in family medicine
- Active state license and DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a primary care or family medicine setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a rural healthcare setting
