Pay: $58.00 - $63.00/hourly Home Health Occupational Therapist Opportunity: - Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Home Health Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily living tasks
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques to promote safety and independence
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans based on individual needs and outcomes
- Document visits and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team
Home Health Occupational Therapist Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required
