Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end agentic AI solutions, from intake to prototyping, bridging business needs with technical development. You'll work within the AI Transformation Team to design feasible, scalable solutions for enterprise use cases and advocate clear, robust foundations. You'll balance business objectives with technical options, shaping deployment plans and risk considerations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of software engineering, cloud architecture, and generative AI.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end intake and feasibility assessment for agentic AI solutions
- Design solution architectures and gather requirements for enterprise use cases
- Select technologies and tooling, then prototype initial solutions
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams with clear handoffs
- Evaluate build vs buy options, risks, ROI, and timelines
- Mentor less experienced engineers and coordinate delivery across concurrent intakes
- Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and auditability in deployments
- Understand and apply agentic frameworks and interoperability standards (preferred)
Key requirements- Proficiency in Python and Git with solid software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, API design)
- Cloud solution architecture experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP with security and cost considerations
- Experience integrating generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Hands-on with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and code-generation tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI Agent Development Kit, OpenAI Agents SDK)
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical options and communicate risk/value to stakeholders
- Project and team leadership, coordination of cross-functional work, mentoring
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, auditability, and prompt-injection risk
