Overview As Group Product Manager for Construction Hand Tools, you will own the global P&L and growth strategy for the DEWALT tool portfolio. You'll lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and marketing to develop and launch products that meet customer needs and strengthen brand category strategy. You will shape roadmaps, drive New Product Development, and improve profitability through DTV and cost-aware initiatives. Responsibilities- Manage short- and long-term global P&L for construction hand tools
- Develop and execute product roadmaps and NPD programs from ideation to commercialization
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, design, marketing, sales) to deliver on strategy
- Conduct VOC and market research to define target segments and product requirements
- Track financial performance, forecast, and present monthly results
- Collaborate with international teams to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Define product CTQs, validate with end users, and craft value propositions and pricing
- Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers to achieve business goals
Key requirements- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience with retailers or large customers and global/matrixed organizations
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel domestically/internationally (15%)
