Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Experienced dentists may receive approximately $245,000 base plus 33-36% production/collections incentives
- Total earnings may reach the high $200Ks to $350K+ based on performance
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 with receipts

Qualifications
- Degree: DDS or DMD.
- Licensure: Arkansas dental license required before start date
- Skillset: General dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care
- Experienced dentists preferred; new graduates may be considered based on long-term interest and fit.
