Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Five-day work week
- Approximately 20-24 patients per day
- Outpatient-only practice
- Rotating phone call only
- Very light call volume
- Nurse triage line manages calls
- Providers contacted only for urgent or severe issues
Practice
- Join a collaborative team of 4 pediatricians
- Access to an established immediate care center for patient referrals
- Established physician organization serving Florida's Emerald Coast for more than 75 years
- Multi-specialty practice
- On-site ambulatory surgery center
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $120,000Realistic OTE: Approximately $165,000Compensation: Robust productivity compensation model
