Position Summary: We re seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team at a federal facility in Florence, Colorado. You ll provide primary and urgent care across family and internal medicine, including sick and well visits, immunizations, and physicals. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call.
Position Offers:
- Excellent salary of $139,000 $146,000 per year
- Monday Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sick and well visits across family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care
- Perform physical exams, health screenings, and immunizations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Colorado Physician Assistant license required
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
