Cardiology Physician Assistant

A prestigious private medical group in Manhattan is seeking a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant for their Cardiology Department, providing top-notch cardiovascular care to patients

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and follow-ups
• Managing a personal panel of 12-16 patients per day
• Collaborating with cardiologists to develop and implement care plans

• Providing patient education on heart health, medications, and lifestyle changes

• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiology NP/PA
• Master's Degree
• Active NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Board Eligible / Certified
• Empathetic patient education abilities
• Organizational skills for maintaining medical documentation
• Adaptability to cover varying responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Exposure to Obesity Medicine
• Proficiency in Cardiovascular assessments
