Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose cancer by evaluating patients' medical histories and conducting diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized radiation therapy plans.
- Administer various radiation therapy techniques, including stereotactic radiosurgery.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage the side effects of radiation therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in research to enhance treatment outcomes in radiation oncology.
Qualifications
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification
- Active NY State License
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in radiation oncology
- Board-eligible or board-certified
- Proficient in EPIC charting system
Working Hours
- Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
