Opportunity Overview
  • Urology Physician needed for gap coverage
  • ASAP start
  • Hospital and urology clinic coverage
  • Inpatient and outpatient setting
  • 122-bed facility
  • Approximately 18 patients per day
  • EPIC EMR
  • 7 days of unrestricted call per month
Schedule & Coverage
  • Clinic and hospital coverage
  • 7 days of call per month
  • Restricted/beeper call
  • 10-minute return-call response requirement
  • Approximately 0-4 after-hours calls/texts per night
  • Standard urology procedures performed in clinic and operating room
Clinical Details
  • Diagnose and treat urologic conditions
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Kidney stones
  • Male incontinence
  • Cystoscopies
  • Surgical assistance
  • Catheter placement
  • Stent placement
  • TURP
  • Ureteroscopy
  • Prostate biopsy
  • Circumcision
  • Shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)
  • Orchiopexy
  • TURBT
  • Hydrocelectomy
  • Spermatocelectomy
  • PVP
  • Litholapaxy
Requirements
  • MD/DO
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
  • Washington license required at presentation
  • IMLC candidates may be considered with an LOQ in hand
  • BLS and ACLS
  • EPIC experience
  • Documentation of 100 representative surgical procedures within the past 24 months
  • Case list must include procedure/diagnosis, date, and facility
  • Must be comfortable working independently
  • Clean and complete work history
  • Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
