Psychiatry Physician

• Gap in coverage
• Inpatient and outpatient settings
• Hospital and clinic privileges required

• Inpatient and outpatient coverage
• Rounding, admissions, and discharges
• Inpatient coverage before transitioning to outpatient
• Occasional night call may be required for remaining coverage gaps
• Permanent staff receive priority for call coverage
• No current call gaps
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation

Inpatient

• 126-bed hospital
• Approximately 5-7 patients before transitioning to outpatient
• Primarily follow-ups with occasional new patients
• Psychiatric Hospitalist coverage from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Experienced Psychiatric NP support

Outpatient

• Adult patients
• 12-14 patients per day
• New patients: 90 minutes
• Transfers: 60 minutes
• Follow-ups: 30 minutes
• Dedicated documentation time
• No overbooking or Behavioral Health overflow
• EPIC EMR

• MD/DO
• Psychiatry
• BLS
• Washington license strongly preferred
• IMLC with LOQ may be considered; candidate must be prepared to apply immediately
• Non-licensed candidates may be considered
• Case list documenting at least 100 representative patients within the past 24 months
• Case list must include diagnosis/procedure, date, and facility
• Standard/fast-track credentialing takes approximately 60-90 days
• WA-licensed candidates are strongly preferred due to the November 30, 2026 start date
