Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• All-inclusive rate: $240/hr
• Travel, overtime, and holiday costs included
• OT/holiday work will not be required

• Three hospitals located within approximately 5 minutes of each other
• Main OR coverage required, primarily at Memorial

• Schedule provided once credentialed
• Schedule based on confirmed availability and Med Staff orientation
• Ambulatory Surgery Center and Hospital settings

EMR: Cerner

• CRNA
• West Virginia license required
• Board certification required
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Credentialing: approximately 60-90 days
