Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you shape visually impactful materials that support government and defense priorities. You will produce a broad range of deliverables-logos, publications, presentations, multimedia assets, and videos-while ensuring Section 508 accessibility. You'll work closely with a team of designers and stakeholders to translate mission-focused goals into clear visuals and branding across print, digital, and multimedia formats. This role blends creative excellence with rigorous usability and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Your work will help communicate complex ideas with clarity and resonance at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Create a wide range of visual deliverables aligned with branding and messaging
  • Apply typography, hierarchy, and balance to develop accessible, high-quality assets
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Maintain multiple projects with strong time management in a deadline-driven setting
  • Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards across outputs
  • Engage in client-facing discussions to interpret messaging and visualize data
  • Support senior designers with feedback and contribute to design solutions that meet mission-focused goals
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of graphic design experience across print, digital, and multimedia
  • Section 508 accessibility expertise for accessible design
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Portfolio demonstrating diverse design work, including complex challenges
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align design with mission goals
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
