What You ll Do
- Provide adult inpatient hospitalist services under the supervision of the medical team
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop patient care plans
- Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and documentation
- Assist in managing patients' acute and chronic conditions
- Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care
- Follow hospital protocols and adhere to safety standards
- Support patient education and-family communication
What You Need
Required: - Active Physician Assistant license in New York
- Prior hospitalist or inpatient care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts
Preferred: - Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with inpatient procedures and protocols
