Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 1 year
Shift Details: M-F 8-5, no holiday, no overtime

Cases: Bread and butter general dentistry at a health clinic
Support staff: TBD
Amount of coverage needed per month: full-time
Patients per day: TBD
Patient population/age:18 up
EMR: TBD

Requirements:
Board Certification: Will take BC or BE
State license required: No, OK state license not required
Minimum experience required: Must have or get ACLS.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Willing To License: No, they can use any state license
